House Rules

Welcome! To ensure a comfortable stay for you and a peaceful environment for everyone, please read and strictly follow the house rules below. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with these rules.

🔇 Noise & Quiet Hours

• Please avoid loud music or excessive noise at all times, as it may disturb neighbors.

• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

🚽 Toilet & Plumbing Usage

• Do NOT flush sanitary pads, diapers, cigarettes, hair, condoms, medical waste, or any non-flushable items into the toilet.

• Improper disposal will cause plumbing blockages.

• A penalty of ₹10,000 will be charged to the guest in case of any blockage caused by misuse.

👥 Visitors & Guests

• All visitors must be informed in advance.

• A copy of a valid government-issued ID is mandatory for every visitor.

🗑️ Waste Management

• Please separate wet and dry waste and dispose of them responsibly.

🧱 Property Care

• Do not stick, paste, or hang anything on the walls.

• Please treat the property and furnishings with care.

🛁 Towels & Linen

• Bath towels are strictly for personal use only.

• Do not use towels as floor mats or for cleaning purposes.

🍳 Kitchen Usage

• We provide basic cleaning only.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning all used kitchen utensils before checkout.

🚫 Strictly Prohibited

• ❌ No pets

• ❌ No smoking inside the property (If found, additional cleaning charges of Rs.5,000 would be charged)

• ❌ No parties or events

⚠️ Important Note

Failure to comply with house rules may result in additional charges upto Rs.10,000/- , cancellation of stay without refund, or immediate eviction as per Airbnb policy.
